Today Fight Malaria announces a partnership with MalariaWorld, the world’s scientific and social network for malaria professionals.
Episodes of our news podcast, Malaria Minute, will now be shared on the MalariaWorld website and through their email newsletters which are sent to over 10,000 malaria professionals.
About MalariaWorld
MalariaWorld started back in 2004 as part of the MIMCom project under the National Library of Medicine (Washington DC, USA). From mid-2007 to December 2010, MalariaWorld was produced weekly by K&S Consulting before it moved to the Dutch Malaria Foundation, a non-profit organization that (amongst other projects) focuses on the dissemination of information about malaria in the broadest sense, with a particular focus on serving professionals engaged in research and control of malaria. It has over 10,000 members.
About Fight Malaria
Fight Malaria assimilates malaria research and communicates key findings in podcast form. It also interviews scientists and decision-makers from around the world. It was created by Thomas Locke, a student in the UK, to improve public understanding of the disease.
